Individual Counselling Session

$150

Generally speaking, you can expect an average therapy session to either support understanding difficulties in the context of your lived experience, exploring strategies for managing stressors, and/or developing practices to nurture growth outside of sessions.

Workshop Development & Facilitation

$250+

I have developed workshops on LGBATQIA2S+ social issues, with the aim of addressing homophobia and transphobia. Alongside my 10+ years in social services, I can adapt workshops to be directed at a range of concerns regarding carework from a psychotherapy perspective, such as burnout management, and collectivist structures of communication.

For counselling sessions, I try to work between Tuesday and Thursdays days and evenings, with some flexibility for Mondays and Fridays. I look forward to connecting and getting to know you better!
